New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

There is nothing which I liked about this organization, they have pathetic work culture, screaming on employees without any reason treats them like a slave especially HR head Miss Nima. She don't have basic manners hiw to treat with employees.

...ink they are on HOD Oriented mode, they should have to be employee's oriented. About Company Feedback - Origo saved their employees during covid-19 period of time, they given full salary to every employees & even those they gave increments to the employees both years, that was tremendous things that they had done & I always being thankful to Origo Management (Mr. Mayank Dhanuka & Mr. Sunoor Kaul) behalf of this.

1. Work-life balance- You can't take leave. 2. Salary will be as per the labor and work like a slave. 3. Promotion & Appraisal will be as how you are favorite of your boss. No need for competence and skill. 4. Job security is great. Anytime your boss will force you to resign. Because you are competent and skilled. 5. Work satisfaction is worst. If you are not allowed to take leave If you do, You will be marked as Absent. 6. Company culture is average. Note:- I am writing this because I have served 2.4 years in the departments (PWH+CM, TF, and SR). I was selected for Buxar Location in Sep-2019, Transferred to Lucknow on the 10th of August 2020, and 16th of August from Lucknow to Gurugram on the same salary. So, Please be careful before join this company.
