There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training

For freshers starting Career in IT Origin is the best place and you won’t get any issue on your salary you will receive your salary on date. You will be placed to work in any of origins client place. Best place for new joiners. But there won’t be any increments & additional allowance in your salary, your salary is fixed which you got while joining it won’t get changed no more even you work for several years. Apart from salary hike, ORIGIN provides opportunities for freshers by giving job opportunities.

I didn’t dislike about working with origin. If they provide allowance and salary hike based on experience every year it would help the origin employees more.

First of all i thanks for ORIGIN ITFS.I have to learning more technical skills and i have to solve confidently more problem in ORIGIN company.

In this company no job security. They dont give experience certificate and relieving letter. So you take risk to your future. Previous emplyees are not comeback in this company...

They didn't give training and you work with your knowledge. If you have any doubts and ask with your Manager once he attend the call then they dont pickup your call. After some days he call you and your report is wrong and make signature again with customer. If you take system or anything sent to Head Office its very difficult to take back, because they didn't maintain my call report all reports are monthly sent to HO.
