Growth is slow, Compensation is decent, Appraisal is bad. Also there is no on job training for freshers

Dislikes

Management is poor when it comes to Manufacturing facility in India. Everytime for every silly mistake they haunt people in the name of termination. Their way of taking challenge is so poor that even a newly joined can take better decision than management. They don’t have funds to maintain the regular inventory for Maintenance and Production related work, nothing is organised, for every penny you need to take approval from MD. Instant termination without prior information is regular in this company.

Target to reach is obviously tuff but paying salary is also worth if we compare to our hardworking.its all about our patience and dedication towards our business not expecting salary atleast for years.people who joined this company will definitely improve their skills which is free of cost and the motivation provided by mentors r appreciable.women empowerment is the main goal of oriflame Winning race is tuff if we won't travell long to reach destination. Only patience really pays off

... favoritism, just looking for reasons to fire people.. the company has no money. the compensation structure is bad but only for the people who are not bootlickers. no guidance from the mangers or top management, you just have to follow what you have been asked to do. total dictatorship and bureaucratic work culture.
