Worst university and his all management is very cheap and theif. Every time think about how to deduct salary of employees. They every month deduct staff club amount from staff salary but staff club party is too much cheap because its party organised by Executive directors sister. Almost family business in university. Maximum employees is family members. They all think about own earning. Nobody think about others employees.

Family business forfeited security deposit of every employees.

Only the in campus accommodation is good.

Job security is zero. Management can fire you anytime without reason and you don't have any option. They are running the family business in the name of education. Worst place to work. Politics on peak. You can not work freely. If you have talent and experience it will be wasted. Departments were run by friends and relatives of management.

It is the worst place to work. Do not join here for any designation. They owner and HR are rude, Arrogant and mannerless. The politics in the university is worst thing. Also they harrasse the employee in every way specially financially. The HR recruits her friends and family members to the different posts in the university. She is the renowned Bi@@h i have ever met. Be careful with her. Her name is Minakshi she is ready to swallow your hard earned money at the time of resignation. Be carefull while joining and leaving the university. Personally i recommend to not join this organization at any cost.

The teammates and colleagues are good. But, management is terrible.

Dislikes

The management is here to make money. Not to provide education. They only organised online exam. And all the faculty busy on the exam. These is family business. Where they make money through education industry. I haired, recently they face Income tax raid also.
