Worst place to work, Salary is very less but shown more in papers. Fire anyone without any notice. No job security. No work life balance. Admission target is given, if not achieved your salary will decreases else u will be fired without notice. Deducts salary for a single minute late coming, no matter you work till evening. Increments are given once in 2-3 years, which also not justified with your performance..

Joined the institute because I am it's Alumni but post joining hated the level of politics being played.

Dislikes

Worst place to work. You might love the job if you can impress management by other means rather than your true work.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
