New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. My seniors are supportive. But at the same time pressure are too much higher as far as work is concern. That's I like about my present company

... employees on company's payrole. Nowadays all are working here on offrole basis. There are negligible salary raises.

Dislikes

There is no proper process planning due to which a lot of time and energy is wasted in manufacturing processes. There are no allowances even for people who are working here from last 20 years.

It's worest company , machines are 2nd hand no proper working , mostly goes maintenance , supervisor is also worest but he is fix in company to pain for all workers , no permanent jobs , accuracy instruments are not provided , overall we don't get any knowledge in this company

No growth , cannot develop skills like 0 zero knowledge how many days to work
