This is the only civil company which does lay offs-Zero job security, do not join if they are offering contractual job. Also there HR’s do not support and will tell lot of lies. Toxic environment, zero learning, max appraisal is 10%, No work culture.

There is 0% Job Security. Bad Management. A Wise advise: Better to Join on the same salary offered by OCI to a different Organisation Not in OCI. The Senior Management is very poor to maintain their relationship with Client as well as Employees.

Understaffed. No work life balance. False promises on job security Poor Team Management. No growth in Designation. False strategies for appraisal. Hard working staffs are overloaded. Lot of staffs do not perform and is not challenged by the management. Hence the hard workers to face the overload due to this.
