There is no control of management over business & profitability. It's always firefighting. No one feels safe & satisfied working here. You will be fired once you fall in the radar. Dictatorship prevails.

Poor working culture, Also you have to come in off days. Zero working life balance. There is no office timing of work, started from 8am but no fix of ending time, may be 7pm or 8pm or 9pm.

Orient paper mills supports us during Lockdown very efficiently. They have not cut Any wages during Covid 19 lockdown. Everything is great except Manpower Structure.

God work environment culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilli company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
