I like the way to company play politics very well playing if new one joined from start time its good support and then they played u will never know and never track who’s playing on your back This Skills very good in orient

When u newly joined company shows policy ghat salary will come in 7th to 10th in every month but never come Also this company without register her policy in norms they create every time new policy comes but only for employees not for senior rules are for employees only and company never runs on policy and rules newcommer joiner stay away from this if u have experience that how to play politics then most welcome or u want growth in this then u will never go on high

I like to resign from Orient enterprise.

...lways late and sometimes not paying on long time. E.g i had not received my FNF. And salary never received in the date mentioned in policy book. Di not join your carrier will be dark Father and son. Different thinking and different requirement. Same things is only that they don't trust their employees. You will always confused for work that what is your job profile and what are you doing. There too many bugs in company and there policy. Your life will not be balanced and you will hangout. I had given 1 star on all aspects. Please consider them in (-10) Points.

Orient is good company for freshers as they can learn many things.

Dislikes

Orient culture is very bed and specially their HR is doing too much politics and director is always look for 1 side of coin and take decision in favour of HR. He is not ready to understand employee.

Likes

This is a properitorship company with no ethics. It has no respect towards technical values, humanity and customers. Working team always remains under frustration and engineer cannot sustain working for more than 6 months. I will never recommend anybody to join this company.
