They does not provide the salary during lockdown....also pressurized to come in factory & provide on the basis of no work no pay.

There is a lot of politics between management and staffs. Higher management behaviour is very bad. no job security.

Salary is at par industry standards.

Worst culture, no management direction. Frequent changing of CEOs and BU Heads in Fan Division. National Sales Head, Service Head, 2 BU Heads and 3 CEOs have come in the past 1.5 years. Power centered around the owner, and everyone just serves the owner and their offspring.

For the Fans division: Unreliable and visionless Management. High level of bureaucracy and vicious culture, centered around the President/Head-Strategy. In the past year, they have had 3 CEOs, National Sales Head has left, National R&D Head has left, Service Head has left and there has been no Product Head for more than 2 years.

Vice president and Regional Manager very supporting everytime tall and answer any question company is good but manager it's not good

Manager not supporting every time partiality to the other employee no Hike no selling payment better performance other person but Hike and selling payment only managers selected person

Management is very poor. Toxic work culture with full of insecurity. Compensation are very poor. People working in HO have life balance else others are just getting ruined due to high Favouring culture.
