Though it was fantastic journey working at orient craft however we all at oc have lost as compensation and all dues are not being paid even after a year of leaving the place. That's really sad part 😞 of it.

A slight change, I felt that the salary is not being given according to the ability of the employees there. Salary is being given blindly to those who buttering seniors. And those who work hard are being ignored. In everything else the company is gold. Thanks

Company is still closed of Ranchi unit so can't reply about working.

Worst company i have been working because not paying even half of the salary during lock down still closed and even not assuring when it will open or not. Employees have become fascinated by the grain.

...ers that the don't join Orient craft because Orient craft is not good company I sit jobless till time due to covid and company is not provide me salary Orient craft paid anly 22 March 2020 till and they said we don't paid salary because Orient craft has not money. So it is very poor company.

Because my bonus is not given by Orient craft previous year 2019. And they said Orient craft has not money

No work culture...no fix time to go home.. they will make you work till late ..do not pay salaries ..they will make you work from home and then do not pay you...no increments as well.. there is a lot to say about them ...please do not work here.
