MD is very young and dynamic person ready to upgrade company culture and technology but some people who are working from very long time they are very much constraint mind and not want to update with new technology

The company provides opportunity to each individuals based on their capability.I am handling export business for which I got opportunity to travel aborad to different (14)countries to have face to to face meetings to company owners,decision makers etc. Company keeps on providing training which helps the individual to develope themselves as well as to organization.

Dislikes

The performers or high Contributors does not get additional benefits and does not get motivated by any means...its like similar increment what far less contributors.
