The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. ... and on priority basis and by saying it as "Opportunity" No overtime allowance No timely salary No motivation No updation to employees No leaves No specific job hours (Job may continue from 8:00 am to 11:30 pm also, with no additional monetary / non-monetary benefits) Salary cuttings / holdings with little mistake or delay due to some unavoidable situations No use of experience by working here No job security (you may be fired at any time with no or little reason also) No career growth Majority time is consumed in travelling to client place, than actual working (clients are scattered at various parts of the city) No proper work environement No innovation Personal and professional life are deeply affected and balance cannot be maintained due to heavy job timings Seniors with little or no knowledge Not at all a good workplace. In short, "THE WORST WORKPLACE" and Rate below Terrible or Strong Negative
