There was no politics. Good salary Great internal environment

Dislikes

Handover was not done properly. Roles and responsibilities were recalibrate one I got core payroll handover. Rest of training it was difficult to get. Some internal dept challenge you for every activity / reports by raising it at last minute.

The work culture was excellent and even thought I was the first and the only lady MR then, I was given the opportunity to work without any gender bais and was encourage shoulder to shoulder with other colleagues.
