The National Head, ASMs and HR play an important role to take the bread out the mouth. Yes this company and the people who are working in back office has no ethical values as they believe in cutting down the incentive and not to provide them to their staffs on time and what they deserve to get. They can cut down your incentive at anytime and you can't do anything about it because they are so powerful that no one will listen to your voice. Politics is there for sure. HR department is not going listen anything and yes they believe in buttering.

Organic India is one of the best company in India, management create a very positive aura.

Some issue in accounting, but salary , incentive & expense always on time , but some issues in distributor claim policy

... for girls. Dr's training here on product knowledge. Team mates are cooperative. Target based job but no any deductions from basic salary. Work-life is balanced.

Dislikes

company dislikes it never raised in career despite a deserving employee. Low Appraisal policy, not given any product training in other cities. Lack motivation of seniors and HOD. Not any high career growth possibilities. Little politics between employees and team members. There is no any hearing of systemetic work rather than doing hard work also.

The work culture and environment is awesome. Also employees having sound knowledge of their work.

Organization is very good in other aspects but In terms of salary structure, it is not up to mark as per financial need and current situation.

Greeting to employees, Hr managment, provide financial support during lock down by paying salary on time.

Dislikes

Pushing to much to go out side in the residential area, park , socity between crowd to do maximum promotion and promoting sale. , which could Not sensable decision for employee health during covid19.
