Cut half our pay without prior notice and increased work hours from early 7:30am evening 8:30pm extra with no hike or remuneration , cancelled promotion and incentives where looted from our hard work by the management by falsifying dates of collection. They lost a vibrant team.

No job security, management is greedy and would falsify yearly collection dates for our sales inorder to loot our incentives , you will be promised false salary hikes and incentives and promotions and cheap ego talks to get more sales but once the amount is credited your value and promises are forsaken. There is a false sales pressure for even unworthy products wch are still in R&D and once I've you had enough with the company and try to leave , don't expect any gratitude for your work or dedication , your just always been a bad employee from the beginning .

No professionalism. Don't need a perfect employee instead need a donkey to work a lot in low salary and once demanded high kicked him off. Smart people.
