not a good salary here mostly worker contractual based andd contractor aren't gave salary to workers on the date but government & permanent employee salary on the time

Compared to the quality and quantity of work you perform your salary package is quite reasonable and satisfying besides this there is job security/guarantee and there is less competition or no competition from the private sector in selling arms and ammunition to the armed forces

Very poor career growth opportunities and the staff is very less motivated and concerned as far as bringing change and modernisation in the organisation is concerned

...career growth available for the officers who deliver the results with integrity. The salary is comparable with the best in the market. The appraisal is multi-layered and thro. online and provision available for representation.No problem for the officers who has assumed Responsibility and made accountable The travel is depends on the level and the function entrusted. The politics are minimal but manageable if the officer is in the right track. The avenue for learning is abundant modern and multi disciplinary. The work environment is challenging and multi-functional. It provides opportunity for innovation. The only Govt .civilian organisation provides all recreational facility for the employee and his/her family.

Where financial matters involved, the procedure are cumbersome and requires lot of patience and application of mind. Many times handling of labor requires tactful and thorough application of mind

It's a great opportunity to work here,I would like to work here permanently as it's has good things to learn software as wiresharke for network traffic troubleshooting , sniffing of data tranfer of packets and repair and maintenance of landline work, ist great time after completion of graduation to learn the application and use electronic components and learn how to soldering of damages electronic components in landline phone and new emerging technology work safety, security for defence factory. This factory create me large interest in study about electronic related topics like EDC, Network,power control for cnc machine, administration and system engineer of it hardware
