The politics are minimal but manageable if the officer is in the right track. The avenue for learning is abundant modern and multi disciplinary. The work environment is challenging and multi-functional. It provides opportunity for innovation. The only Govt .civilian organisation provides all recreational facility for the employee and his/her family.

It's a great opportunity to work here,I would like to work here permanently as it's has good things to learn software as wiresharke for network traffic troubleshooting , sniffing of data tranfer of packets and repair and maintenance of landline work, ist great time after completion of graduation to learn the application and use electronic components and learn how to soldering of damages electronic components in landline phone and new emerging technology work safety, security for defence factory. This factory create me large interest in study about electronic related topics like EDC, Network,power control for cnc machine, administration and system engineer of it hardware
