Some teachers were good as a fresher teacher they helped me a lot with the work

You don't have family time you have to punch in on time or salary gets deducted they give you offer letter of one branch and transfer to other branch

I had amazing teammates who helped me sail through professional and personal life. I learnt to manage my career and also study further. It was a great to learn many new things and will remain a memorable experience of my teaching days at Orchids.

... from the child and the Teacher's views for the development of both the parties. Salary isn't increased for all at the time of increment. Extremely long working hours and low income.

I have learned alot from the date I have joined. Whether it’s about updating yourself in the digital teaching world or learning new techniques through training.

The new joiners get a good and more salary as compared to us who is working in the organisation from 5-6 years

...maintaining data attending ptm via zoom daily and all these irrelevant work..... Rather they should be involved in teaching Bt seriously authority must pay attention towards the betterment of children not their data
