...nce. No appraisal. It's hell for teachers here. Their policy changes every day!! They'll make you work even on national holidays without any extra pay or comp-off! Beware!!

Good company. As a teacher I got great exposure and experience. I love my subject planning team as they are prolific people with great knowledge and experience. Love working with them.

Dislikes

They do need to work on competitive salary package for teachers. Too much work due to staff shortage and micromanagement. Also the alot of amendments are required to improve the portal work and teacher facilities like amount of regularisation and leave policies, etc. Working hrs starts from 7:45 till 4:00pm

...ren't encashed. *increment is the worst.. 600 rs.. Peanuts are you giving.?? *CBSE affiliation isn't there, exams are written under Ramanashree after paying ₹1,46,000/- *No appreciation till date for any work done, for anything achieved. * teachers are humiliated front of any given person. For everything they know to say loss of pay. Remember you are paying for what teachers are hard working and not from ur pocket. * principal herself doesn't know good english. Jeeeeerooo for zero. *no growth for teachers. No job security. * bloody reasons are made to a very well performing teacher just to terminate her. Teachers are targetted to that level. * 37 work load was given for a teacher, how will she even have voice by the end of the day???? And forced to work for 2 branches. The 2nd branch was 22kms from my house and after denying to this I was asked to take a call.. Why??? Can't u people hire a teacher for that particular subject being named INTERNATIONAL school.. She even threatened ne to move as a part time teacher just because I din wanted to go to any other branch. * whom should the teacher approach if she has to escalate about the principal to higher heads or zonal heads.. It's not only teachers at fault even principals can be. Pls help the teachers undergoing sooooo much in this institutions. No other employee who unluckily joins this Institution should undergo what I have.. If you are one amongst any higher heads pls do take action on such principals Totally infinitely have disliked under whom I have worked..

It is great place for improving our knowledge and capabilities. Always implementing new and innovative technology.

Dislikes

All new and inexperienced teachers are appointed with high salary, where as we experienced teachers are with less salary. Even our aunties are getting high salary than teachers. Feels very disappointing .

The oppurtunities which the organisation gave me is immense. I got to explore many roles within a span of 2 years.

...s. In addition to that compensation benefits are not upto the industry standard. There is no proper set hr policies and even the salary which will be promised to you will actually differ in your payslip.
