To work in Orchid pharma was my dream, I really had a very good start in biology department. All my team mates were very helpful and helped and provided me with all possible opportunities to learn. I would definitely pen down that, orchid had very good policies for the welfare of the employee

Salary part was too low wen compared to the industrial standards. Standard growth in salary was very poor. Good work needs appreciation atleast.

You can get exposure in all kind of plants like Sterile, non sterile & utility. They are having USFDA, EU GMP plants. Feshers can get more experience from this company

Promotion is more than 7 years Bonus is very low No incentives

Its a knowledge treasure that is help full for career growth and experience but big drawback is worst management because they not give proper benefits and compensation for many year. Management not satisfied employees

Not give proper benefits and compensation. They are did not give increments for 6 years employees are struggle to develop they family backround

...end upon new management.... 100 % job secure...... Overtime money available.. Salary date decrease from 22 to 2 and they maintain the date last 4 month... Learning avarge....

Work wise good.. Some time leave can't take ... Bonus last 4 years not given that may be change based on new management

I was not getting salary and Expenses in this Organization so that i left this organization in 2013 Even company did not given any pending amount like PF Expenses of two month Bonus etc
