Salary cuts even if the company is performing well. Self centred CEO, his only motive was to squeeze out as much as possible from resources and cutting their salaries.

Too many to say, No job security, the boss justs fires employees, no proper co-ordination from the management, fake promises, the boss is very good in communication, hence bluffs so much and does all fake promises dont trust his words. Not a good company to work with.

They asked me to give them an entire 3-year working plan and they promised me that they have enough funds to implement the work plan, but in the first nine months they stopped paying my salary, very unprofessional people

There are a lot of learning opportunities along with proper feedback of the leaders that helps in grooming.

Not any dislike as such, almost everything was good, better than other companies of the industry as of now.

Leadership don't know what was the capacity of employees (Sorry But Its Fact). No one knows that how much data they feed into website automatically without wasting 0 minutes, i cant understand why dont you create your submission documents in excel instead of word or notepad. Any way overall my experience was good, but defiantly you can achieve more. n all the best.
