Major part of salary compensation is withdrawn by sales people who are former employees of one bank and they prefer and refer their own ex employees and pay them huge packages and not to deserving ones. Please avoid joining this company. Die poor or hungry but please don't join this company.

Work life balance is good, but could benefits from more flexible working hours. Compensation and benefits could be more structured to better align with experience and roles, reducing disparities across teams.

I joined as a fresher, and instead of being mentored, I got played on with politics by people with more than 20 years of experience. They have a terrible policy that one can only take 1 leave when on probation and instead of the decided 6 months they put people on 8-10 months of probation to cut their rightful leaves. I suffered an injury and in return, my EL was cut for a half-day leave as I was still on probation. There are no clear-cut roles and responsibilities and they expect you to perform any random task, as they do not have any idea what to do with their employee. They somehow make an environment where you are forced to resign and at the end of the day, I did resign because of the gruesome politics that goes on in this firm.

Each and everything. Biased people, blame game and beware of Orbis HRs. No work life balance your work starts early in the morning till late night, no support system. HR's licks feet and what not of management team.
