Dislikes

The company shouldn't exist. They hired as permanent employees, manipulated us into working as interns for training purposes, paid us peanuts and told us to leave after 6 months due to lack of projects.

Likes

Peer group and work is really nice and they do some high impact work, better than Big companies of you want to get exposure.

Dislikes

The team is small and you will have to be innovative to come up with solutions yourself. You will have to be smart and use your brain a lot.

Likes

This is only for the Consulting division. For a beginner who is fresh out of college there is a good learning. The company is getting good projects in Medical devices only. You will get to do lot of primary and secondary market research, but it will be clinical.

Dislikes

There is no proper structure and the firm lacks guidance to junior employees. There is no initiative for skill upgradation. You just make presentations.

Likes

Its a total fraud. They lie to the clients about the size of the company and the experience of the employees. Anybody can be fired anytime without any reason.. depending on the CEOs financial needs. Employees are tortured till late nights without appreciation. No policies and ethics. Employees will lose confidence and most of them have been affected by suicidal thoughts and depression. The worst work environment anybody has ever seen. It's better to work as a tea seller rather than to work here

Dislikes

There is nothing positive about this company. The positive reviews on Google and Glassdoor are written by the manager himself. The CEO will treat employees like vermin. Whoever joins the company will be tortured until he pays the bond amount and leaves. Individual employees will be blamed for the failure of the projects. They fake the work to the clients by showing fake references, fake employee count and their experience. There are less than 10 people in the company
