Dislikes

1. No job security 2. Micromanagement from the functional team 3. No proper response from the functional team members 4. If we have any doubts in process we shouldn't 5. You can see mosquitos in the office 6. No cab 7. HR said 2 days WFO and 3 days WFH in the interview time, after joining they said 4 days WFO and 1 days WFH. When I asked HR they said we should work as per business requirements.

Zero job security, worst management the director want everyone promote only the people he likes even if they are not deserving due to which many deserving people suffered a lot and yes he is very kind to few female employee he even pick and drop them even if there shift doesn’t end. The entire management is from his previous organization not even the HR listens to you if it’s not beneficial for director, female employee gets all the benefits who keep him happy

Open culture as of now no micromanagement. no work stress. less work load

Dislikes

...e centric. no health benefits no work life balance. office politics to the peak. promotions and salary benefits only for director favored. entire office is dictated by the director(customer service). 60 days notice period. no growth for years. no food no cab facilities. forced WFO.98% and 2% women workforce. total employees in this company is less than 70. Private organisation.

Except the process and few colleauges nothing is good moreover it was mostly WFH and much was on virtual platform however many were selfcentric in terms of sharing knowledge and Sr. Management except Amir rest were not approachable

Training is in adadequate. Sr. Level suppirt except 1, Peers support is hopeless. Blame game if an error takes place due to inadequate training is high, Sr. Level team including director pounces on the individaul killing their moral and self respect, its very intimidating.
