Dislikes

The salary is not in time.They don't have sufficient funds to credit salaries to their employees on time.They will hire employees with less package. The manager will ask to work on Sundays also. So i would recommend not to join in Orange tours and travels.

The work in orange tours and travels is Excellent.I was working in this company since 1 and half year.I cant explain how the company/management is because such an excellent trainers and team mates we have.Coming to the profession I am working here as an admin assistant.Orange tours and travels is 1st biggest travels in India.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
