Very excellent to do a work and easily growth our own knowledges when we are work by ourself. Employees treat a perfect respect from lower staff to high position stafs are equal to respect.

Nothing to say everything is satisfied to do our work

travelling experience..... knowledge of india.... personality development..... speaking skill development..... learning North India languages.....

changing working area regularly this was hurt sometime.. some of area are less work so staying single person mean boring

Orange is a good company to work. MDs are also very learned and good persons. They show their expertise in their work and very good with subordinates.

Dislikes

The only problem in Orange is of traveling as we always have to travel a lot and there is no other way to get the things done.

Lot to learn Seniors (few) were great. Learned important lessons. I was lucky to work with my zonal manager who has huge experience in many MNC who taught me much.

Dislikes

Management is not able to read the market requirement. Still they use old tools for marketing activities. Partiality when it comes to pricing. No growth.
