Worst HR Team and MD MD behave as a gangster In this covid situation they cut our 52% salary in April and after they not giving full salary

There is no job security and company dont have any financial set up, they are taking loan from outside to do business

I it good for working at Orange retail finance but there is no job security and no salary benefits very low packages cheating company doesn't stand on what they say interms of contest and incentives for qualified candidates

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the manegement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arade for chilling.company policies are good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but cater growth is slowly

Nothing...If you are an professional with only result outcome as goal, you will be asked to quit. If you know how to praise MD with soothing words and act like his slave you can grow

...ressure and non proper bookkeeping and documentation. Only CA people can manage. Other degrees holder will get low package and no Saturdays leave, no Bonus. Their also pressure to sales insurance products and want make tele calling work also.
