verrly lesss salary, unles you are in to something like management level (as an engineer prespistive). work life balance is ok(if you stay in one project). as a network engineer you will not know which project they will place you. if they will make you runn to different project

sallary.. you will not get treated for what you deserve. and there is no cafeteria (bangalore) no transport ..

Work culture is awesome. You will never find a more stressfree environment anywhere else, atleast that's what I think. All employees are very cooperative.

Hikes are average and below average most of the times. No hike with promotions. So, your base salary will be more probably your last laugh, as far as salary is concerned.
