there is nothing in this company to like, they don't provide you anything they just wanna people to work free for them and all their plot's paper work are improper .
they don't pay salary to anyone if you goes their office once, the next time those employees you saw they won't be in that company its just a scam. They won't even pay you salary to you and spend money to get leads you have to use your own money for marketing, i repeat they won't give salary. Not only this they wanna to feel them that they are the king all the sales head , GM in that frauds are fools they tell you that they give you salary everything, but the reality is not that. so guys don't waste you time for them, being jobless is much better then joining in their team, you have a value don't lose it for these frauds.
It's a scam company

...and work life balance here.
We can't gain any knowledge or experience from here.
Management is worst
At the time of joining they will try to impress us and most importantly they won't provide any salary.
Don't expect basic salary also from here.
...cessary for our work, it begs the question: why should we even be working there?
Deepak Subramanian, who hired me, assured me that I would receive my salary on time and have access to necessary portals. However, when I inquired about the portals, he would belittle our concerns and insult us, suggesting that if we had to pay for the portals, our sales team should handle hiring themselves. His behavior escalated to harassment, both mentally and physically. He repeatedly disregarded my discomfort and continued inappropriate physical contact despite my clear objections.
Additionally, I faced threats regarding my salary whenever I asked about the portal situation. Deepak made it clear that he would withhold my pay if I pressed the issue further. Attempts to escalate my concerns to higher authorities were met with indifference; they simply denied knowing me.
Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering employment at OraiYan Groups to think carefully before making a decision. The lack of professionalism and respect for employees is alarming
