At Oracle, you have great learning resources, work life balance, if in urgent needs work from home may be available, health insurance for parents with all pre-existing ailments covered(extra premium need to be paid), recreation facilities in office, etc.

Fine place to learn and get certified in oracle product. Resource Managers are supportive(Maybe I was fortunate to have a good manager) On request, the managers are good to offer WFH

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No pay raise for years No rewards or recognition No encouragement to train n get skills upgraded Legacy softwares and primitive methods in use. Did not get to work on the latest technology No travel opportunities No celebrating a product release or achievements Not even annual day is celebrated.
