Very old tech stack, not for developers who want to learn new fast paced latest techs. ADF used in oracle is crap. Topped up with less or no regular hike/promotion.

Fine place to learn and get certified in oracle product. Resource Managers are supportive(Maybe I was fortunate to have a good manager) On request, the managers are good to offer WFH
