Need to have more employee perks and benefits. Compensation in below market average. Communication from HR is completely missing on events such as Appraisals,hikes etc. HR dept should include themselves more instead of passing every small tasks to managers.

Fine place to learn and get certified in oracle product. Resource Managers are supportive(Maybe I was fortunate to have a good manager) On request, the managers are good to offer WFH

Dislikes

No pay raise for years No rewards or recognition No encouragement to train n get skills upgraded Legacy softwares and primitive methods in use. Did not get to work on the latest technology No travel opportunities No celebrating a product release or achievements Not even annual day is celebrated.
