...job security in Oracle, even directors are getting fired without any intimation. No increment or variable pay is paid. 5 days work from office. Top management is filled with family and relatives.

Dislikes

Very very poor in providing hikes, promotions. Most of the years globally they announce no hike in this year.. which is worse in oracle. Whoever gave top rated performance in year and end of the day they announce no hike in this year. What is the use of giving such a performance? Management should think seriously on this.

You do not get bonus and no hike every year may be you will get minimal percentage of hike once in 3 years or 2 years. And growth is very slow!
