Cons: Work in old technologies, limited scope of learning in technology, slow growth in career and salary, work life balance in active projects is poor. Likely to become outdated after some time here.

Good Company Policy, OFSS enable work from the home facility for all employee during this difficult time, OFSS is very supportive during this period

Dislikes

The salary/ Appraisal process is defined but not a timely basis(regular interval), also award (AMM) was not conducted in my group from the last 5 years.

No hikes for years No bonus No good technology All old Oracle frameworks which doesn't have any value outside of Oracle. Very diplomatic manager ( when you ask for promotion or good hike - He will say we are not stopping you from going outside)

...e balance is pretty good but again it depends on the project you are working on.Every year we will get bonus two times.

Dislikes

Here in this company mostly work will be on SQL and PLSQL, company tools for customisation. Getting to work on these technologies also very less. So if we talk about career growth, learning will be very less.

A lot is expected without any KT. Look at code and learn yourself. Open the code and learn...you will hear this often here(may be the situation in my team) They wont answer to your query, but will assign you cases over the same chat. No help provided for your queries without scolding you.
