My Company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely. Also there is good support from Seniors and also employees were motivated and appreciated for their efforts.

Dislikes

They should consider standardising the salary based on Market values.

Working life balance. Flexible timings.

Dislikes

There is no internal growth. High work life balance. If your getting more salary than your manager (as he working for long term in same company with less salary) then they will fire you. Lot of politics for promotion and salary hikes. They will hve product development and services teams but they are using these department to show their power and politics nothing else.

Dislikes

Compensation can be improved(especially for interns), internship process can be improved by having teams decide much ahead on what the intern will work on. The increments of single-digit are not optimal to keep top talent for long. Some products lack clear vision and many are sunsetting. Career growth is slow. Like in other product companies there is no significant bump when transitioning from SDE1 to SDE2 just minor promotion increement.

The company is good in terms of culture, events and employee perks. Work life balance is good for my position-Data Engineering Consultant.

Dislikes

I'm working for an year in Optum Insight. Things are good so far. I'm not very sure about yearly hike. I don't see any on sight travel options.

Flexibility and benefits at workplace. Work life balance and developing skills. Friendly management and peers. Peaceful work environment

Dislikes

Transport is not available. However public transports are accessible. Growth might be slower but opportunity will be given at the right time.
