......... Saturday working - During high volume, they insist us to work Saturday's. But it cost normal one day salary.... Not a double salary or neithet excess allowances.

Dislikes

Don't know about AR caller and RCM process especially non voice processes are worst at all segments like salary, learnings, culture, process related knowledge etc, I agree all corporate companies have there own politics goes inside but Optum Hyd will be 1st in it and higher management like managers and DM's are really good at back stabbing and they teaches you how to become lazy without any development in life and career

Dislikes

Company is very good, but needs to also take care regarding pay and benefits to employees. In this compititive corporate sector their are many other companies which are now back in track so to grab large market it should definitely look into pay grade changes.
