One hundred percent job security in Uhg and R1rcm. Both are doing great job. Management of Optum Uhg and R1rcm are excellent even in lock down situation. They both never cut off our salaries. Company policy of Uhg and R1rcm are doing great.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Nothing for now. Last year it is used to be one of the best organisation. When it is used to be Episource. Now after Optum acquiring it becomes worst.

...get Pressure . Rude behaviour by management. Not appreciating employees efforts. Low salary

1.No salary hike as per market rates 2. Torture in case of pending work is left till eod.

Company is good to work. Company is providing good facility to their employees.

...ilable outside of the office, even public transport can't reach there after 6pm. if you have to leave in emergency you have to book cab for that you have to pay more than 1k so this a challenge.

It is a good company for freshers to work. overall nice work life balance good pay and manager are very friendly.

Dislikes

Optum is a good company for work life balance but salary is less as compared to the other product based companies.
