... does not have a single female leader. The mid level managers are very sexist. The pay is below average for most people. There are a lot of unethical practices prevalent such as favoritism. Overall wont recommend anyone to stay there for more than 2 years.

Initial salary will be good, perks like free meal....and flexible working hours...no tension maintaining minimum time in office

Hikes and promotions are less. Hike will be around 10-15 percent max for good performance.. for average it will be in single digit.

...It is USA based Hindi talking company. Appraisal lot of partiality and politics. Following quiet firing and making them resign by covering cost cutting and loss of the company and this will be happened for next 2 years

To much managers than workers. Managers tend to get teight competition from higher management they tend to put all presure to the bottom employees its more like half cooked projects and mostly dont golive.

The culture is degrading year by year. And salary hike and bonus also not good. Promotion benefits also very less. Boring culture. Not much activities from team side. Not much outings or gatherings.
