If you come here at a higher package for your grade you get less increments despite getting good rating. which they don't tell before. Same grade and same rating will get different percentage hikes basis their current pay

Don't know about AR caller and RCM process especially non voice processes are worst at all segments like salary, learnings, culture, process related knowledge etc, I agree all corporate companies have there own politics goes inside but Optum Hyd will be 1st in it and higher management like managers and DM's are really good at back stabbing and they teaches you how to become lazy without any development in life and career

No Transparency in Salary Corrections Very less opportunity to travel onshore Employees working in locations near to Leadership location esp Hyd are inclined to benefitted more

Tooooo large to understand the company structure.. can't blame as it is company of companies tooo many products due to acquisitions, mergers and ech have thier own process..

...owth in terms of learning is little slow as compared to other similar companies. And the pay is less. But if you want to be in a positive firm without a stressful life, then this is the one!
