When it was uhg till that time it was ok but when it become Optum in 2014 after that work culture become bad

They initial can give hike but after they play the game in hike and RRP which is annual bonus which is part of CTC and most people get 3 rating on that mostly they are not giving the RRP. The management is also bad every year they change the policy of promotion

...or that day. Managers and gtl are in handingloves with each other for this scam. No promotion, no growth at all like 2 year experienced coder get the same salary as newly joined trainee fresher. Incentive model is also very bad. 2 year experienced coder get 16k salary which is way below to the market pay. If your giving your 8-9 hr for something and in return you are getting unpaid, this is nothing but new age slavery. Note: This is not an core optum like hyderabad or Bangalore location, it's an episource a optum business. So here we they don't have same payscales.

Initial salary will be good, perks like free meal....and flexible working hours...no tension maintaining minimum time in office

Dislikes

Hikes and promotions are less. Hike will be around 10-15 percent max for good performance.. for average it will be in single digit.

1. Hybrid working model with 10days WFO per month. 2. Good skill growth and development work available.

Dislikes

1. No salary hike and variable pay since last 3yrs, if you get average rating. This is shocking as these things happen in service based companies mostly. 2. Canteen food is unhealthy and expensive. 3. NP of 90days is a setback for looking at outside opportunities.

Nothing for now. Last year it is used to be one of the best organisation. When it is used to be Episource. Now after Optum acquiring it becomes worst.

...get Pressure . Rude behaviour by management. Not appreciating employees efforts. Low salary
