Dislikes

Very high variable pay that is never paid to the full, it just inflates your CTC , But actually it’s not true number. Compensation and benefits used to be good when it was UHG , now slowly they are moving like a service based company. Hikes are very less as compared to the market.

No job satisfaction you will rrp very less management politics and you don't get the chance in new skills

Variable pay you lost more than fifty percent and no external training in new technology no onsite

Company has good work life balance and work culture. And also provide internal training to upgrade the skills. And the team and team mates are very supportive.

Compensation is low compared with same grade salary mates.

Cab facility is good, Nice salary but depends on experience.

Training was too much bad, trainer was doing partially with me, actually she was female trainer and she flirt with me instead of give proper training. Very hard to survive in Optum, Management is very bad. Long hour shift 9:30 hours shift. I would say if you want to join Optum please think before it 100 times. Teammates was not good because if during training time everyone show competition then a good team can not generate. Coordination between team not good. Everybody shows attitude who's working in Optum.

... that I joined Optum. It has the best infrastructure and job security is 10000%. Salary always on time. Management is too lenient and the best part is that I have never felt this much leverage and freedom in any other company. Optum is indeed a great place to work. they provide both sided cabs as well. I have literally no complaints. everything including HR, and senior staff has been very helpful.
