Earlier Episource now Optum business, if you stick to the company from start the salary growth is below average like any other corporate no value of loyalty. Forcing to do X number of overtime target every month.

...or that day. Managers and gtl are in handingloves with each other for this scam. No promotion, no growth at all like 2 year experienced coder get the same salary as newly joined trainee fresher. Incentive model is also very bad. 2 year experienced coder get 16k salary which is way below to the market pay. If your giving your 8-9 hr for something and in return you are getting unpaid, this is nothing but new age slavery. Note: This is not an core optum like hyderabad or Bangalore location, it's an episource a optum business. So here we they don't have same payscales.

Nothing for now. Last year it is used to be one of the best organisation. When it is used to be Episource. Now after Optum acquiring it becomes worst.

...get Pressure . Rude behaviour by management. Not appreciating employees efforts. Low salary

1.No salary hike as per market rates 2. Torture in case of pending work is left till eod.

Company is good to work. Company is providing good facility to their employees.

...ilable outside of the office, even public transport can't reach there after 6pm. if you have to leave in emergency you have to book cab for that you have to pay more than 1k so this a challenge.
