... that I joined Optum. It has the best infrastructure and job security is 10000%. Salary always on time. Management is too lenient and the best part is that I have never felt this much leverage and freedom in any other company. Optum is indeed a great place to work. they provide both sided cabs as well. I have literally no complaints. everything including HR, and senior staff has been very helpful.

Optum is a great place to work as fresher. When you are experienced there is not much to learn and at one time your career you will feel stagnant. Gain some experience in Optum and then switch to different company for further growth. For those who don't want pressure and want job security and comfort zone then staying with the company will be the best option for you.

It's good over all but salary and hikes very rare it will take time.more than a 5 years to get any promotion for ijp .. every years they give promotion but it's not at all fare

After coming out from.the organisation the manager are showing a some.kimd of attitude to ge our letter from the organisation if any need approval from.manager for that case it will never expected behaviour from the manager. And also ther is no day shift or mid shift if we have so many buildings in the Hyderabad . Every one is coming in night shift only.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company polices are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The management and the manager's centric organization.. Your life will destroy if you join as an Associate Or Senior Associate.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is not decent career growth is very much slow. No proper job trainer is available.
