Optum is part of UHG and is really a great company to start with and work with. In my 4+ years of tenure here I have met with amazing people and excellent managers. I have grown a lot technically and my manager always gave me a freehand on technical things. Very well balanced work culture with option to work from home even before covid.

...dership changes and with every such change, lots of job related things change. Pay is not at par with other insurance companies.

Initial salary will be good, perks like free meal....and flexible working hours...no tension maintaining minimum time in office

Hikes and promotions are less. Hike will be around 10-15 percent max for good performance.. for average it will be in single digit.

...It is USA based Hindi talking company. Appraisal lot of partiality and politics. Following quiet firing and making them resign by covering cost cutting and loss of the company and this will be happened for next 2 years

Good pay and less challenging office work , better if you are planing for distance studies

To much managers than workers. Managers tend to get teight competition from higher management they tend to put all presure to the bottom employees its more like half cooked projects and mostly dont golive.
