... stack and asked to work on different. Good for bachlors, not for family people. Once failed in PIP they remove you in one day without any compensation, if you came across PIP, before they start, you resign, so you will get 3 months for preparation. Never trust managers.

Salary hikes very low. Salary below basic level. No food allowance or any night shift allownce provided. High pressure on work to meet daily Target. No food coupons or any other benefits availble If u smoke with managers you will be in safe zone

It was good when UHG but after optum we are going issues Salary hike is not good who joined at the beginning of 2016.Few learn sources were being advertised.No much innovative,Not much good as it is a night shift ,Gym facility given but used

... that I joined Optum. It has the best infrastructure and job security is 10000%. Salary always on time. Management is too lenient and the best part is that I have never felt this much leverage and freedom in any other company. Optum is indeed a great place to work. they provide both sided cabs as well. I have literally no complaints. everything including HR, and senior staff has been very helpful.
