It's an average place to work, its just that you shouldn't expect much from it. UHG stands in top 5 in Fortune 500, yet you cant expect much from it.

...or that day. Managers and gtl are in handingloves with each other for this scam. No promotion, no growth at all like 2 year experienced coder get the same salary as newly joined trainee fresher. Incentive model is also very bad. 2 year experienced coder get 16k salary which is way below to the market pay. If your giving your 8-9 hr for something and in return you are getting unpaid, this is nothing but new age slavery. Note: This is not an core optum like hyderabad or Bangalore location, it's an episource a optum business. So here we they don't have same payscales.
