...ll never provide you re-leaving/ Experience latter, if you resign from your job. They will force you to serve you notice period and after that you will not get the salary/FNF for the same. In COVID period, they have forced employees to work on less then 50% salary, even some of them have been forced to work on 0 salary. There were some employees working there more then 10 years were treated as same. I have many things like that to share, Hence suggest you to avoid this company. You may get the feedback from other ex-employees, and you will get the same answer.

... suffocating environment. No tea breaks . No leave policy.. NO provident Funds.. they deduct double salary on leaves. New policies are made every new day . Horrible culture nd horrible management.. account nd HR department are completely useless nd good for nothing.

Worst company with worst and Shameless Owner. Actually it’s a leechad Baniya ki dukaan where owner and CEO (Sachin goel) said iski salary kaat lo and iska experience letter mt dena. They also forced their employees to give 4-5 star rating on google reviews. During covid time they imposed 60% salary deductions on everyone without their consent and those employees who resign during that time they didn’t give their experience letter even after completing notice period.

1) They will take three years bond and give 1-2 percent increase for 3 years. If you ask to leave the organization, they will say to return the CTC for 3 Years. 2) All good reviews are written by HR. 3) There is no management only one person is running a company and he is mentally sick. 4) This worst company don't give relieving and experience letters to the employees. 5) They will be forced to work for 15-16 hours in a day.

Only 20 employees are working but everywhere he is writing "51-100" employees are working.

Dear new joiners, If. You are looking for the reviews for this company and want to join this company so please be aware. They are completely ruthless. They never know how to treat the new joiners especially higher authorities, Complete creeps and fraud. No work life balance. Now it's all about your future and be aware about that. Good luck.
