Learning wise OSG is fine, there are good opportunities to learn, decent salary

Where to start? Starting with salary, which has been pending for a long time, employer will either give false dates, false promises or abscond. PF is also pending from 10 months, no clarity over that also. Zero transparency over where did all profits go, when will all dues be cleared. So many people have EMIs to clear, everybody has to pay rent, and so many commitments but company doesn't care. Junior level employees are more scared than anybody else, but no manager/HR/employer has tried to talk to them, explain the situation. Coming to work, they have unrealistic deadlines, they will promise a non-existing feature to client first and then make people overwork. MD expects you to code bug free features(literally impossible), and also has the audacity to talk about appraisals in the meanwhile, when they haven't paid salary for 2+ months. HR is not a people person, doesn't have any people skills Engineering Managers are good for nothing, all non-technical, (and some biased also), all will just keep pestering for more and more work from those who already work more. Forced many employees to relocate and come to office, and ultimately all had to go back as there was no salary. Employee retention is also zero as no one wants to stay for long and suffer. Do not join this company if you think mental health, humanity, culture, work-life balance, ethics and morals are important because OSG doesn't have any concern/example of these.

...esn't seem to have good clarity about what he wants to do to grow the company. HRs are very stringent in compensation, they would rather hire 3 interns instead of one highly talented and experienced individual. Hence you will not find many Mid-level or Mid Senior people here and this is the company's greatest flaw.

Do not pay salaries on time. No focus on career development and training Management doesn't know how their books look like. Hire & Fire as per their convenience Data quality is pathetic They do not pay vendors on time and quality of work is always questionable

1.Consulting company. Do not have a fixed offshore residency. 2. Need to acclimatize with new dataset too fast. 3.Does not have a dedicated team for special project purpose. 4. Opportunity from learning from seniors is very less.
