Job secure if you don't ask for increament, if you are late then they deduct from your salary but if you complete work after office time they not provide bonus No holiday(like 15 aug and festivals) and on every Sunday they want to work They treat their employs like labour

Leadership lacks vision and often makes decisions without consulting the team. Opportunities for advancement are scarce, and there's little support for professional development. There's a lot of office politics and favoritism, which undermines team cohesion and morale. Hard work and achievements are rarely acknowledged or rewarded.

while there were a couple of things that seemed pleasant, they didn't quite make up for the overall experience.

The major problem was the senior support. Despite their claims of expertise, their assistance was often slow and ineffective. It felt like reaching out for help was an exercise in futility, as their solutions were either delayed or failed to address the core issues.

Likes

This is a best to learn for a fresher. Perhaps its the best startup in entire state of Uttar Pradesh where your IT skills are nurtured and developed. I was fortunate to be a part of the Opticodes team for approx 2 years and whatever I learnt over there is now the backbone of my career.

Dislikes

They make you work very hard. Don't care about time or holidays. They take the full oil out of u. But you will realise the benefit of this in future career.

Although being a Kanpur based company, I got the oppurtunity to interakt with Corporate clients all over India , which improved by personaility significantly. The work quality is of top notch and the company allows to work us indpendently with 100 percent confidence

Earlier the office was small but recently, I came to know that they have better infrastructure at mall road
